Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching SOFODEL’s services, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads (B2B & B2C)
• Pitch  SOFODEL services via calls, meetings, WhatsApp & email
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the technical & marketing teams
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
• Attend networking events and online meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of digital services (Web, SEO, Ads, Apps)
• Strong convincing and relationship-building ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) – preferred
• Graduation in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
