Role Overview

SOFODEL is looking for a creative, confident, and sharp Podcast Anchor & Producer who can host, plan, and produce high-quality podcasts that educate, inspire, and go viral. This role blends storytelling, on-camera confidence, content strategy, and production skills.

Key Responsibilities As a Podcast Anchor

• Host and anchor podcasts (video & audio) confidently
• Conduct engaging interviews with founders, creators, experts & guests
• Research topics, prepare scripts, questions, and discussion flows
• Maintain energy, clarity, and storytelling throughout episodes

As a Podcast Producer

• Plan podcast themes, formats, and episode calendars
• Coordinate recording schedules, guests, and logistics
• Oversee recording, editing, and final output quality
• Work closely with editors for audio/video polish
• Ensure content aligns with SOFODEL’s brand & viral strategy

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent spoken Hindi & English (Hinglish preferred)
• Strong communication, storytelling & interviewing skills
• Basic understanding of podcast equipment, audio/video recording
• Experience with podcasting, YouTube shows, reels, or interviews
• Creative mindset with awareness of trends & viral formats
• Comfortable on camera & mic
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience in digital media, startups, or marketing agencies
• Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram Reels & Shorts strategy
• Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / Audition / Final Cut)
• Existing podcast or content portfolio

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
