Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative hustler who can manage social media and create high-performing content that attracts, engages, and converts.
If you understand Reels, hooks, trends, and storytelling for business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management

• Manage SOFODEL’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Stay updated with trends, viral audios, and platform updates
• Reply to comments, DMs, and build community
• Track insights and submit performance reports

Content Creation

• Create Reels, carousels, static posts, and stories
• Write strong captions, hooks, CTAs & hashtags
• Shoot and edit content using mobile
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN
• Repurpose content for multiple platforms

Growth & Branding

• Brainstorm viral content ideas for agency growth
• Support ad creatives with organic-style content
• Collaborate with marketing & design teams
• Maintain SOFODEL’s brand voice and visual identity

Requirements

• Experience in social media management & content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth & short-form video
• Basic knowledge of analytics & KPIs
• Creative, proactive, and execution-focused
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Meta Ads & performance content
• Experience with digital marketing agencies
• On-camera confidence
• Copywriting or storytelling skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
